Last Sunday, IFCOM participated in the ‘Policy Dialogue on Innovation, Regulatory Systems, and Regulatory Convergence’ held in Puerto Varas.

Apec is driving one of the most prominent initiatives to improve the regulation of pharmaceuticals and medical devices. Health authorities, industry, and academics discussed at length the challenges of cooperation to benefit the patient and the population. Center of Excellences has become a key partner to achieve a broader impact. It was a great opportunity to share best practices on regulatory convergence, KPIs, and joint collaboration.

IFCOM endeavored to conduct the Consultancy to assess transparency and publication practices under Article 1 of the TFA. The results of the evaluation were presented at this important Forum.
