Seminar on Foreign Trade and Competitiveness – COMEX

On the 13th of June 2023, our Executive Director, Eduardo García-Godos, participated as a moderator in the seminar, “Foreign Trade and Competition,”, where the current state of affairs of national logistics competitiveness was analyzed. The section had a diverse composition of speakers, with expert representatives in the fields of commercial facilitation, customs control, and providers of infrastructure and logistical services. The deputy minister of foreign trade commented on the policies of commercial facilitation and the developed instruments. Customs emphasized the implemented digitalization and traceability processes. On their behalf, the representatives of the private sector explained the benefits of the ‘Chancay Park’ project, and its synergy with the adjacent Port, as well as the timely supply strategies in the Peruvian territory.
