In December 2022, the Global Alliance for Trade Facilitation and TFO Canada project was completed in Peru to improve transparency and predictability in the foreign trade procedures of processed foods of the control agency DIGESA. Our director Eduardo García-Godos participated as the technical leader of the project. This project is a milestone in the country's trade facilitation since it addresses for the first time the need to improve the predictability of decisions by non-customs agencies that control the entry and exit of restricted goods.
